Sponsors’ Luncheon $ 2,500
Held on a Friday in March at the Radnor Hunt.
Corporate sponsors, Race Committee members and representatives from the Brandywine Conservancy get to know each other over lunch. Display your products and present to the group.

Paddock Club $3,500
On race day the Paddock Club is the hospitality tent for owners, trainers, riders and subscriber guests.

Infield Tail gate Area $3,000
Located along Goshen Road, this Race Day area is filled with subscribers including families and businesses. This general area is perfect for a Sponsor who is interested in attracting everyday business! The Sponsor receives a tent to promote their business and an opportunity to hang their banner along the rail in the Infield Tailgate Area. Design your sponsorship package with additional opportunities listed below.

Carriage Parade $ 3,000
The popular carriage parade brings everyone to attention when carriages arrive with fanfare and parade on race day. The Sponsor of this category will have an opportunity to have 4 people ride in a carriage with the announcer saying “The Carriage Parade Sponsored by…..”. Carriagers meet at a local farm for a picnic lunch and then drive to the grounds. The horses and carriages park on the grounds enabling spectators to get up close and take some pictures.
